We can and will turn our hand to almost anything. If you want it we can probably do it. We like to tackle new challenges and we enjoy helping our customers to achieve what they want and need to achieve. We are willing and able to adapt and flex what we do and how we do it and we are always looking for new and better ways of achieving the best results for our customers and for the business.

After 150 years of continuous production and supply of cardboard tubes and cores we can justifiably claim to be a “sustainable” business in the truest sense of the word. We appreciate and completely embrace the importance of the environmental dimensions of sustainability. For Stell, however, sustainability is about much more than the environment. We run our business with due regard for all of our various stakeholders and we have a constant eye on the long term future as well as present day demands.

At Stell we have, and pride ourselves on, our strong sense of family. We believe we have a moral responsibility to do the right thing on behalf of the people we work with and for. We treat everyone with respect and we believe in fairness, kindness, openness and honesty. We care about doing things right and doing the right thing. Treat others as you would wish to be treated yourself. It may sound glib - but this strong sense of family, belonging and fairness runs deep and always has done.

We like to think that we have a strong culture of trust in Stell. Laid back we’re not, but we value and understand the importance of being able to have open and informal communication and ensuring that everyone is approachable and supportive of each other. This builds a strong sense of mutual trust and teamwork across the business and means we work better together and serve our customers better as a result.
