We aim to develop and promote our talent organically, whenever possible. All our employees progress through their own tailored development and training programme. This builds loyalty, retains valuable knowledge and expertise, and enables us to sustain the Stell culture and family feel that is an important contributor to our collective success as a business.
Stell sponsors and mentors young apprentices in key technical areas of the business and has an ongoing relationship with Keighley College to identify, recruit and develop our next generation of tube-makers, engineers and managers.
As a successful, growing business we generally have a number of roles we are looking to fill across our workforce. As well as the specific roles that we are currently looking to fill we are also happy to receive detailed, good quality CVs from talented individuals who believe they have something to offer the business and would be a good fit.
